Most people picture a lender behind a desk, in a branch, between nine and five. Karli and Devin work a little differently.
They are fully remote, which means the conversation happens however suits you. A phone call on your drive home. A video call when the kids are napping. Email or text back and forth while you are between shifts. Evenings and weekends are on the table, and you do not have to take a morning off work or drive in from the valley to get things moving.
And when a face to face meeting is the right call, they travel throughout the Kootenays to make it happen.
Mortgages, loans, and the bigger picture.
Karli and Devin are also StellerVista Guides, which means the conversation does not stop at the loan. A mortgage is usually tangled up in everything else, your savings, your insurance, what happens if rates move, what you want your money doing in five years. So they ask about the bigger picture, and they help you plan for it.
Sometimes that means recommending something other than what you came in asking for. Sometimes it means telling you to wait. That is the job.
