Heads up: fraudsters are pretending to be Collabria (Learn more)
We are currently hearing about a scam making the rounds. Someone calls saying they’re from Collabria, claims there’s “suspicious activity” on your credit card, makes claim of some few fake transactions (that never happened) to concern you — and then asks for your online banking login, your password, or the security code that gets texted to your phone.
Don’t give any of it to them. Hang up.
A few things worth knowing:
- The number on your call display can be faked. Even if it looks real, it might not be.
- We will never call you out of the blue and ask for your password or a verification code. Neither will our credit card provider Collabria.
- If a call feels off, trust your gut. Hang up and call us back using the number on the back of your card or from our website.
- If you’d rather sort it out face-to-face, come into any of our branches. We’re happy to help you check on your account.
