2023 Tax Slips

We all know the joy that tax season brings… and so we are doing our best to make the information you need from us, as easy to find as possible. All members of StellerVista will be directly mailed their 2023 T5, T4ARSP, T4RIF, and NR4 slips - as well as RRSP Contribution Slips -  and for those using online banking, these will also be available for immediate viewing and download later this month.

Not all members will get all slips - instead, if you participate in things like RRSPs, RRIFs, or if you earn income through interest or dividends with us, then you will receive some of the following documents: 

• T5: Reports interest, dividends, and some types of foreign income.
• T4RSP: Reports withdrawals from RRSPs.
• T4RIF: Reports withdrawals from Retirement Income Funds.
• NR4: Reports amounts paid or credited to non-residents of Canada.
• RRSP Contribution Slip: Reports any funds put towards an RRSP account.

New Feature: Online Tax Slip Access

As part of our commitment to providing convenient and efficient services, members will soon be able to download their 2023 tax slips directly from online banking. This new feature will allow for faster access to your tax information, making your tax filing process smoother and more streamlined.

We encourage our members to take advantage of this new, eco-friendly and convenient option.

• Step 1: Login
• Step 2: On the left menu, click “My Accounts”
• Step 3: On the left menu, click “e-Documents”
• Step 4: Select the document you wish to download.

NOTE: Please do not download these documents unless you are on a secure personal device. 

While some statements are currently accessible on the system, we expect all documents to be live later this month. 

Tax Slip Direct Mailings

While all 2023 related tax slips will be available immediately through online banking, we will be mailing everything directly to members, before Feb 28^th. For any RRSP contributions occurring during the first 60 days of 2024, we will be mailing the related slip before March 31^st.
